Whenever someone is TYPING a message on Msn, the conversation box discreetly lets us know by showing the '(the person) is writing a messaege' quote.
A person on the computer CANNOT be writing a message...Only TYPING a message.

When was the last time you were actually laughing while typing 'HAHA'?
When was the last time you actually made someone laugh by telling a joke through an SMS?

When was the last time a picture made you laugh?
Technology has significantly voided us of sincerity in conversations either on the computer or on the phone.
Smsing has enabled us to use a cheap-skate way of telling another person how much we are fond of them.

Msn has disguised true emotions through the use of emoticons.
-The only emoticon i like is the '(Y)' one...
The only cool thing technology has given us is the cordless phone, NOT the handphone mind you, the cordless phone...and not forgetting TV as well :D (i really am smiling).
But, can we really, truly, seriously live without our gadgets?
I highly doubt it...

"One Night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to him and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you you'd walk with me all the way, but I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me." The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."
I had a talk with Nigel on new year's day,and he reminded me that Whenever i feel alone rmb that the Lord is always there.
We know the Lord is always there but sometimes we need to be reminded it times of distress.
He told me to remember the footsteps story.
I'll be taking my O's this year and i'm super scared that i might not be able to cope with my life in every aspect.
ANYWAY...Hope that this year would FLY by and be done with...
